Bridal Shower #2

Yesterday I had my second bridal shower hosted by my mom's best friend Katie. We had a lot of fun eating yummy food and played a game called "Who Knows the Bride Best?" My friend Shawna won, with only 9 out of 15 right! Even my own mother doesn't know me well enough...haha!

After opening presents, my mom thought it would be funny to have me wear my paper plate bouquet as a hat...and no one tried to stop her. Of course photos were taken.

I think I'm a pretty good sport. I AM the bride after all, shouldn't I be getting MY way?! :P

Bridal Shower #1

This past weekend I came home from school, and the wedding planning officially kicked into gear! My first full day home I had a bridal shower thrown by my cousin Marie.

The shower was a lot of fun, and I was so glad that so many of my family and friends were able to be there to celebrate with me!

Our Apartment

Obviously we've moved things in now since Jake's been here for just over a week, but here are some pictures of our apartment before we got all the furniture & luggage moved in! It's small, but it's just right for us. I can't wait to make it more of a home :)
